How do I create an account?

PMP includes 6 ECO-aligned mock exams. CAPM includes 4. RMP, ACP, PgMP, PfMP, PBA, and SP each include 3 mock exams. All exams are timed to match the real exam conditions.

Can I use PassMaster on mobile?

Yes. PassMaster is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. We recommend a screen size of at least 5 inches for the best exam experience.

How does billing work?

Each PMI certification is a separate monthly subscription. You are billed on the same date each month. All payments are processed securely by Paddle — we never store your card details.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and many local payment methods through Paddle. This includes payment methods common in the Middle East and worldwide.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Account Settings → Subscriptions → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers who have not completed more than one full mock exam. Email info@metanoiatech.com within 7 days of your first charge with your account email and reason.

Can I subscribe to multiple certifications?

Yes. Each certification is an independent subscription. You can subscribe to as many as you need and manage them all from your Account Settings.

What does the analytics dashboard show?

Your analytics dashboard shows: overall score trend over time, domain-by-domain performance breakdown, most-missed questions, average time per question, and comparison against the passing score threshold.

How do I know which domains to focus on?

The domain breakdown chart shows your score in each ECO domain. Any domain below 70% is highlighted as a focus area. You can then take domain-specific mock exams to target those weak areas.

Are my exam results saved permanently?

Yes. All your exam results, scores, and analytics are saved to your account and accessible as long as your account is active.

How is my password stored?

Your password is never stored in plain text. We use bcrypt hashing with a strong salt factor. Even our team cannot see your password — only a secure hash is stored.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Paddle, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card details go directly to Paddle and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
